WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A FORAGING CLASS
We work hard to develop relationships with local landowners, and you’ll always start by learning a little about the property. Elizabeth’s classes will discuss the S.E.L.L. method, and you’ll learn anywhere from 2-9 plants depending on the topic. Jared & Iulian's classes may cover fungi, energetic tendencies, and high level cooking.
Repetition through out the season is encouraged as plants and fungi have many forms, and all classes expect you to wear long pants and hiking shoes.
Foraging means getting off the trail and into nature. Come be curious with us.
