John Brown General & Butchery

Named one of the finest whole animal butcher shops in the nation, they serve up lunch, bottles of wine and locally made pantry items of the highest quality.​

We encourage students to bring a cooler and come early to the shop before class.

Classes are held at the land preservation trust attached to the back of the store.
